17-18.05.2010, in Górzno I participated in the training organized under the CUSTODES project (Central Europe Program). I am very pleased that I can give you my impressions, which turned out to be unforgettable experience. A workshop was highly professional, the persons responsible shown a lot of heart and commitment to achieving these objectives. Exchange of experiences out in such a formula allows for the development of our workshop work. My impressions of this training are very positive. The training program was varied and interesting. Workshop was conducted using multimedia projection, objectively and clearly, we also made available a lot of teaching materials. It was the first time when, as a participant of CUSTODES project and representative of the Chopins Center in Szafarnia I took part in such training. Therefore I would like to share with you some thoughts of the issues that were discussed during this meeting. First of all, for the special attention deserves an atmosphere in the training created by the participants and the fantastic location of the training center, WILGA in Górzno - picturesque view of the nearby lakes and beautiful nature reserve, pompous, which further facilitates the contemplation. Preparing training materials, I wondered what could be done to our Chopins resort to became one of the main points of tourist arrivals, with additional attractions that we could expand our existing offer and how to convince potential tourists to stay with us for longer. During the training were presented the achievements of the Chopins Centre for and future plans. Hopefully the result of the above-mentioned aspects of the project will be quickly resolved. Seeing the positive side of meetings and contacts with representatives of the organization, to share experiences and to learn and the advancement of knowledge on the promotion, PR, implementation and creation of new tourism product has been invaluable. I am truly grateful for participation In the training and I am glad that I could meet such wonderful people, gain new experiences and to listen their ideas for the Centre Szafarnia Chopin. It was the first time when as a participant of the project CUSTODES representant of Klobka took a part in such workshop. I'd like to share with you some thoughts about the time and topics we've been discussing in Czech Republik. First of all - amazing hospitality of our hosts. We've been accommodated in very unique place - Chateau Cejkovice, medieval castle that tops smalltown in the Moravia region. Great people and interesting presentations are the essence of the workshop for me. Unfortunately there are some points that are still question marks for me after two days of discussion. When preparing the materials for the workshop, I've made some marks with the unsolved problems within the most important is the accommodation in the place located quite far from the hotels and restaurants. This is still not answered but I hope it will be, as a result of the project activities. Seeing positive side of the meeting is really wide knowledge about the promotion, PR and theory of modern tourism. Making contacts with representants of same themed organizations and sharing our experiences is just priceless. I'm really grateful for the advantage that Cejkovice Workshop gave me and I'm looking forward to meet up next time and gain new knowledge, new experience and bring the best ideas to realise them in the Kuiavian and Dobrzyn Land Ethnographic Park in Klobka.
